Due to different structures and use conditions, its exhaust effect is also different. Material Description:


1. Table top: It adopts a 12.7mm thick psychological board specially designed for the laboratory, with the edge thickened to 25.4mm by double-layer 12.7mm physical and chemical boards. The structure is sturdy and dense, able to withstand strong impacts, strong acids and alkalis, and has good load-bearing performance. It is also equipped with door barriers around to prevent liquid leakage.


2. Cabinet body: Made of 1.2mm high-quality galvanized steel plate, with the surface treated with acid pickling, phosphating, epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying and anti-corrosion treatment.


3. Inner lining: 5mm thick anti beta plate is used, and its structure has a pressure relief effect on explosions.


4. Hinge: 90 degree damping hinge, corrosion-resistant, noiseless, non rebound, good strength, non breaking, long service life, and other characteristics.


5. Visual window: Made of 5mm thick professional explosion-proof glass, with stepless balanced lifting and can stay in any position.


6. Socket: Adopting multifunctional socket, suitable for various instrument plugs.


7. Lighting: A set of 30W fluorescent lamps shall be used, and the lighting shall not be less than 300LCX.


8. Adjustment foot: Made of high-quality stainless steel and high-strength nylon combination foot, with anti slip and shock absorption functions, adjustable height of 30-40mm, anti acid and alkali corrosion, strong load-bearing capacity, etc


9. Flow deflector: 5mm thick anti beta plate is used, with a three-stage structure to effectively discharge gases of different specific gravity. 10. PP small water cup: Made of Borang water cup, resistant to acid and alkali, and corrosion.


10. Single port faucet: The faucet is a laboratory specific copper single port faucet with a ceramic valve core.


11. Drainage system: Made of high-density PP material, the sink is corrosion-resistant, acid alkali resistant, and organic matter resistant, with filtering and odor blocking functions.
