PP Fume hood


The PP Fume hood is mainly used in the dust-free room with high environmental requirements, because the PP material has excellent acid resistance. Compared with the all steel Fume hood, the excellent acid and alkali resistance can be used for more intensive acid and alkali experiments, which can not be replaced by the all steel Fume hood. It can be applied to high-end places such as high-intensity acid-base experiments and purification rooms.

PP fume hood body: made of 8mm thick light white PP, with excellent acid and alkali resistance.


A. Upper exhaust cabinet: adopts a top suction air extraction pipeline, with a three-stage internal exhaust design to extract various toxic gases of different proportions


B. Lower storage cabinet: Independent water, electricity, and gas pipeline system. Cabinet design: Control panel is located on the side panel of the outer column, making it easy to observe and operate. It is particularly suitable for placing high concentrations of acid and alkali in the laboratory and has strong corrosion resistance


1. Table top: It adopts a 12.7mm thick psychological board specially designed for the laboratory, with the edge thickened to 25.4mm by double-layer 12.7mm physical and chemical boards. The structure is sturdy and dense, able to withstand strong impacts, strong acids and alkalis, and has good load-bearing performance. It is also equipped with door barriers around it to prevent liquid leakage.

2. Visual window: 25mm thick explosion-proof organic glass, which slides freely and can stay at any position on the dry track: convenient for users to operate.


3. Socket: Safe socket with dustproof and splash proof protective cover with automatic closing function.


4. Lighting: Using a covered fluorescent lamp that does not come into direct contact with the experimental gas, easy to replace, and the brightness fully meets the experimental requirements.


5. Gas collection hood: Adopting PP integrated forming conical shrink mouth gas collection hood, the gas collection hood has good conical gas collection angle and smoothness to obtain good average exhaust.


6. PP small water cup: Made of PP material, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, elastic, and can prevent the breakage of glassware. High density PP (polypropylene) is non-toxic, odorless, and has a low density. Its strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance are better than those of low-pressure polyethylene, and can be used at around 100 ℃. It has good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, and is not affected by humidity. It has high heat resistance and can be used continuously at temperatures ranging from 110 to 120 ℃. Good chemical properties, almost no water absorption, and does not react with the vast majority of chemicals.


7. Single port faucet: The faucet is a laboratory specific copper single port faucet with a ceramic valve core.


8. Drainage system: Made of high-density PP material, the sink is corrosion-resistant, acid alkali resistant, and organic matter resistant, with filtering and odor blocking functions.
