The organic waste gas activated carbon treatment box has a well-designed system, complete supporting equipment, high purification efficiency, and high degree of automation. In industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, painting, printing, etc., organic waste gases such as benzene can be purified.

Working principle: Chemical smoke and harmful gases enter the activated carbon adsorber through a fan, and the activated carbon and smoke molecules send oxidation and adsorption reactions, which are hydrolyzed into carbon dioxide and water, thereby reducing environmental pollution.

2. Working principle of organic waste gas activated carbon treatment box


Adsorption process: there is unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or Chemical bond force on the solid surface, so when the solid surface contacts with gas, it can attract gas molecules, make them concentrated and maintain on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption. By utilizing the adsorption capacity of the solid surface, the exhaust gas comes into contact with porous solid substances on the large surface, and the pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the solid surface to separate them from the gas mixture, achieving purification purposes. Its essence is a process of adsorption and concentration, without removing the organic solvent. It is a physical process, and the subsequent selection of catalytic combustion desorption or steam desorption regeneration devices is based on the different components of the exhaust gas


Catalytic combustion desorption: Using the hot air of catalytic combustion to heat the adsorbed organic solvent in activated carbon to reach the boiling point of the solvent, the organic solvent is desorbed from the activated carbon, and the high concentration of waste gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion reactor. At the catalytic ignition temperature, the catalytic oxidation reaction is carried out through the action of the catalyst to convert harmless water and a gasified carbon into the atmosphere, which is a chemical reaction process, It is not the combustion of an open flame, but can completely solve the pollution during desorption


Desorption regeneration process: Steam is sprayed into the bottom of the white tower to evaporate the solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon, which is then condensed into a liquid through the condenser and enters the separation cylinder to separate and recover organic solvents. The residual liquid enters the aeration cylinder and is discharged after aeration. This is a physical process that can recover solvents and save costs.

Spray tower


The purification tower of the water spray tower is equipped with a fan to drive chemical acid mist through the water spray device. When encountering a neutralizing liquid that is sprayed into fine droplets, the exhaust gas is absorbed onto the surface of the small droplets and discharged into the collection tank. The clean air is further filtered for mist removal and discharged into the atmosphere. The liquid is sprayed out from the upper nozzle of the collection tank through a pump, and neutralizes with the exhaust gas before being discharged into the collection tank. The waste liquid is treated and discharged to the outside or recycled.
